As a spiritual lifecoach, writer and motivational speaker, I created
the Sound of Wisdom site to share light and love with all who visit. I offer spiritually based coaching to help
clients uncover their deepest desires, identify and overcome obstacles, and achieve success. I am blessed
with Divine gifts so that Spirit speaks through me.
Although
based in Virginia , I am accessible to the world via modern technology. Personal coaching is available to you by
phone or instant messaging. Power coaching videos are under development.
My e-books offer guidance to individuals who respond well to material they can read and absorb at a time convenient
to them. I also offer customized presentations and
workshops for corporations to facilitate strategic planning, coping with change, and solving organizational problems in ways
that respect and involve their valued employees.

Who am I? I am a native of Alabama who
has lived in six states and traveled to six continents. I was born into a large family with a strong spiritual
base and a high regard for education. I served many years as a public school educator, from teacher to urban
school superintendent. I am blessed to have four earned degrees. Informally, people have come to me for
counseling for many years. My spiritual wisdom has developed side by side with my intellect.
I am a mother and grandmother, a world traveler,
a racewalker, a gardener, a church and community volunteer, a lover of the arts and a seer. I enjoy life in
all its variety. I want to help you transform your life and thus contribute to the transformation of the planet.
